*READ ME* By booking an appointment, you are ultimately agreeing that you have read through all info on your desired service and FAQs. ⚡️If you have previously done permanent makeup by a different artist, you MUST submit a request for virtual consultation or request an appointment via email and always include photos of your existing tattoo(s). ⚡️In accordance with RI state law, no one UNDER 18 is permitted to enter the Studio, even with parent. NO EXCEPTIONS⚡️ Your touch up appointment will be booked with you at the end of your first appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduling should be done by moving your schedule appointment within 48 hours OR via email or phone and NOT through this booking page.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel a minimum of 48 hours prior to the start of your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 notice will result in forfeit of deposit. This deposit will not be applied to services booked in the future. Clients who are 15+ minutes late for their appointment will not be taken and will forfeit their deposit or complimentary touch up session. If you have existing permanent makeup done by another artist, you must submit your request for appointment via email and include photos of your existing tattoo(s). Failing to get approval prior to your appointment will result in dismissal and forfeit of deposit. Last minute cancellation or no-call/no-show of your touchup appointment will forfeit appointment. To rebooked, you will be required to pay a $80 fee. *Reminder that all permanent makeup service touch up appointments must be booked within 10 weeks of your first initial appointment or additional charges may occur.
